With over two decades of hands-on experience in the construction and insulation trades, Sergio specializes in residential and commercial spray foam insulation, attic remediation, and advanced moisture management. Sergio began his journey in the construction and roofing trades in 2004. Over the course of 17 years, he worked across multiple junior, mid-level, and supervisory roles, gaining a comprehensive understanding of diverse architectural frameworks and building science principles. This extensive background provided him with the deep expertise required to manage complex technical projects and accurately diagnose energy loss and structural vulnerabilities in both modern and historic Ohio homes.
In March 2021, Sergio leveraged his decades of technical know-how to launch Cleveland Foam & Roofing, LLC, based in Parma, Ohio. By applying a hands-on management approach, Sergio continues to personally conduct detailed property estimates, helping clients identify problem areas—such as compromised attic spaces or uninsulated rim joists—and presenting tailored solutions that result in immediate energy efficiency gains.
